Invisalign progress journal 6 (months11-13)

In fact i am already in month 12 but anyway...

This is the new munchies for biting. It helps align the aligner into my teeth, especially the incisors.

I am now in set 34 so far, and the incisors are moving slowly... and I need to do more work with this munchies.

Nov 18: I got new aligners for the coming weeks until early January. It is also my 2nd year into aligners.

I was mistaken. The dentist said actually my focus should be on my lateral, not incisors per se. (Pictured)

I am now on aligners 38.

Every new set tends to bind my teeth so hard that it hurts.

Meanwhile, I am almost breaking the black munchies last time. I assume I'll exhaust all aligners next summer, almost to set 40 now.
