There is an obvious gap among my teeth for the incisors to move. This is great progress!
23 Sep:
I think the incisors are finally moving and there is an obvious gap (see the centre). I am now using set 32 out of 56.
It will just take more effort in the future few months. In my upcoming trip, though, I'll have some time off using only one set for 3 weeks. The next checkup is on Sep 30.
On the checkup on Sep 30, the dentist said I should use my set 32 for four days. A machine scan showed that my upper-central four teeth (so, incisors, primarily) were not moving at the optimal way. I only have set 33 next. If this continues then the prior scanning would be used for getting adjusted future sets based on how the current set doesn't align very well.
In this pic where I was chewing the plastic to align the set, my right side looks especially bad when it's like only half into my tooth. However, I don't see the point of chewing for 10 minutes. If the set itself is like this, 1 hour of chewing still won't help. It's impractical to chew for hours.
Now that I say sets 32 to 33, it really is still quite some time to go. Even my upcoming trip will delay the process when I will only be wearing one set for like 2 weeks as opposed to 10 days. 1 week per set would be optimal but not necessarily OK for every user.

set 34 is now on after a long period with set 33.
